Realise are one of Scotland’s major providers of e-business solutions. As well as accommodating their sophisticated technical and workspace requirements, they were looking for exciting “front of house” spaces to provide accommodation for reception, meetings and presentations to clients.

The project is an interior fit-out within the shell of Grade A Listed former dockside warehouses which have their original timber columns and roof structure expressed internally.

The principal design move is to create a free form presentation room, designed for data projection, which occupies the deep part of the plan. Cellular offices and meeting rooms arranged around the perimeter have glazed partitions which bring daylight into the reception and waiting areas.
