Hunter Square, Edinburgh, For Old Town Housing Association Ltd/Frank Spratt Ltd

This project consisted of the conversion of a prominent Grade B Listed Building in the High Street into nine flats, including extensive repairs to the external fabric.

The design process involved detailed collaboration with the Housing Association and the developer to ensure that the requirements of the end user were fully implemented.
